Draws limited to 16

Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and circumstances.

Cost:

$15 per player

Payments will be Billed to member account.

Awards for winners and finalists..no registration gifts

Which Rating Category should I sign up for

• You can only enter one division and cannot play up.
• You must play in your rating
• The tournament committee has final discretion to determine the proper rating category of all players.
• All Juniors (18 and under) must sign up for 4.0 level or higher

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: August 24, 2020

SCHEDULING GUIDELINES:

• All participants must be available for the duration of the tournament.
• Weekday matches will begin at 5pm.
• Weekend matches will begin at 1pm.
• Matches scheduled must be played at scheduled times. We will not reschedule.
• Players must check in at the tournament desk at least 15 minutes before scheduled match.
• Late Penalties: 15 minutes results in 3 game penalty, 30 minutes results in forfeit.

• All draws will begin play on the first day of the tournament.
